We want you to be happy with your Dollcake purchase. If for any reason you are not and wish to return any item(s), please read the below information carefully. You are required to email us on sales@dollcake.com.au before returning any items.
INTERNATIONAL & DOMESTIC RETURNS
Change of mind, unsuitable fit or wrong selection:
- We offer a store credit on all returns (unless otherwise deemed faulty/flawed or incorrect).
- Items must be returned within 14 days. The 14 day restraint begins the day the order is delivered to the time stamp of return. This allows ample time with the product.
- The item must remain in the original condition - Unworn, unwashed and all tags must remain attached.
- We do not accept returns on marked final sale items under circumstances.
- The cost of return shipping is at the customers expense and is non-refundable, except in cases where we may have made an error.
Faulty/flawed or incorrect item/size:
- If you have received a faulty/flawed or incorrect item/size, please contact our customer care team directly on sales@dollcake.com.au. Please provide your order number, full name and supporting images. It is within our discretion to deem a product as faulty or not. We recommend inspecting products upon delivery. We do not accept return on items that have basic wear and tear or have been misused.
- We will provide you a replacement (if available), drop in value or full refund.
- If your received item is deemed faulty/incorrect, return shipping costs will be reimbursed.
Important information:
- We do not accept returns under any circumstances on marked final sale items, accessories and underwear garments/swimwear.
- Please ensure our returns form is completed with each return.
- Our products are photographed and displayed as accurately as possible when purchasing online. However, please keep in mind colour variations when viewing, as computer monitor/mobile device screens may vary.
- Please read our product descriptions carefully as we may outline important information you need to know.
- We politely and respectively decline requests to alter or change our policies.
HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT
Please ensure you contact our sales department before returning any item(s). We will provide further return instructions based on your reason for return.
When returning an item (unless otherwise advised by our Dollcake Sales Team) we recommend you use a traceable delivery method and either insure your delivery for safe return to Dollcake or declare the full value of the shipment so you`re completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose to not undertake these recommendations we are not responsible for loss or damage to the product during delivery.
