If you're into anything jewel tone, this one is for you! This dress will make your little one feel happy, cheerful and joyful! The under attached pettiskirt has horse hair attached to the hem edge which gives the skirt volume. Gorgeous lace trimming on the skirt hem edge and adorable dainty little flowers are placed perfectly throughout the dress.
